A comprehensive church management system was implemented to improve data tracking, engagement analysis, and administrative workflows. A facility assessment identified and prioritized infrastructure needs, informing long-range capital planning. These efforts resulted in stronger administrative systems and a clearer path for future stewardship decisions.
Feasibility Study

Hyde Park Union Church
Chicago, IL
A feasibility study was conducted to assess readiness for a capital campaign addressing urgent facility needs. Interviews, site visits, and document reviews informed recommendations related to project goals, long-term ownership, and fundraising capacity. The study guided the church in pursuing landmark designation, clarifying its future vision, and launching a successful campaign.


Energy Efficiency
and Facility Renewal
First Baptist Church
Worcester, MA
Building systems were upgraded through participation in state energy incentive programs, including improvements to heating and lighting infrastructure. Cosmetic enhancements were also made throughout the multi-use facility, which served congregational, educational, and nonprofit functions. These efforts reduced operating costs, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced the appearance and functionality of the space.

Design planning support was provided for the reconfiguration and renovation of key areas within the historic sanctuary and children’s building. Collaboration with church committees guided decisions on space use, finishes, and fixtures. Additional contributions to campaign marketing efforts helped celebrate the successful completion of the capital project.
