Our Approach

One relationship. Four ways to partner.

We don't arrive with a formula. Every congregation we work with is shaped by its own theology, tradition, history, and community and our engagement reflects that. We combine honest assessment with practical guidance, always tailored to your specific context.

Pinnacle offers three ways to work together, plus a diagnostic tool that can sharpen the picture at any point along the way. Some congregations need an outside perspective on one specific decision. Others need help building something and changing how they operate. Others need ongoing professional capacity they cannot justify hiring full time. Wherever you are, there is a place to start.

Click on any of the four ways to learn more about them.

The simplest test: if you need help working through something specific, Advisory Partnership is the right fit. If you need help building something and changing how you operate, that is Intensive Partnership. If you need professional capacity you cannot justify hiring full time, that is Shared Ministry Services.

And if you need a holistic assessment of where you are and what to focus on, begin with our

Foundation360 Assessment.

A congregation may enter anywhere. They may begin with a single Advisory Partnership project and never need anything else. They may come to us in crisis and go straight to an Intensive Partnership. They may start with Shared Ministry Services and later discover a need for deeper consulting work. Foundation360 is available at any point to sharpen the picture. The goal is always the same: a congregation that is operationally healthy, financially sustainable, and free to focus on what it is called to do.

At Pinnacle Services, we believe in providing thoughtful, customized support to help your congregation thrive. Our fees are designed to be transparent and accessible, ensuring churches of all sizes can receive the guidance they need without hidden costs or surprises.

We use a tiered approach based on Average Worship Attendance (AWA) to ensure fairness and scalability.

A Ministry-Minded Approach to Consulting Fees

We believe every congregation deserves access to professional consulting support regardless of size or financial resources. Our fees are transparent and scaled to the context of each congregation and the scope of work involved.

Fees are scaled to the offering and to your congregation's context. Advisory Partnership is priced per project. Intensive Partnership is a flat engagement fee, tiered by Average Worship Attendance. Shared Ministry Services runs on a monthly retainer. No matter the offering, our fees are transparent, and we are committed to making our services available to congregations of all sizes. Please contact us for a detailed description of fees and deliverables for the offering that fits your situation.

Judicatories and regional bodies interested in seminars, workshops, or bundled services for multiple congregations are encouraged to reach out directly to discuss pricing and programming.

We know that some of the congregations who need this work most are the ones with the least capacity to pay for it. As Pinnacle grows, we are working toward a Congregational Equity Fund, a public commitment to ensure that limited financial resources don't keep a congregation from accessing critical consulting support.
