Our other consulting services begin at $2,500 for focused projects with smaller congregations, with services for medium-sized churches (100-350 attendance) typically ranging from $4,000-$7,500 depending on project scope and complexity. For congregations seeking ongoing support, we offer extended consulting contracts that provide sustained guidance over 6-12 months, allowing for deeper implementation and continuous refinement of strategies. Pricing is determined by three key factors: average worship attendance, scope of the engagement, and projected timeline for completion. This approach ensures that every congregation receives appropriately scaled professional guidance that matches both their organizational needs and capacity, from streamlined administrative improvements to comprehensive strategic planning initiatives.
