Foundation360 is our comprehensive assessment tool that reviews 12 standard domains or church life and ministry that can best inform what services align with a congregations need and capacity. Foundation360 gives you the honest assessment needed to move forward with confidence, combining broad congregational input with professional analysis to reveal both strengths to build on and challenges to address.

Over 6 to 12 weeks, we walk alongside your congregation through discernment and discovery. We handle the heavy lifting: survey platform, data analysis, worship observation, interviews, and report development. Your team provides document access, participant coordination, and site visit hospitality. Technology enhances our analysis. Human discernment shapes the guidance you receive.

Foundation360 is designed to stand alone as a comprehensive evaluation with actionable recommendations you can implement independently. Or with Pinnacle as an ongoing partner if that serves your congregation. That choice is always yours.

The assessment stands on its own. You can act on the recommendations independently, continue with Pinnacle, or engage any other partners you choose. No obligation beyond the assessment itself.

We use a tiered approach based on Average Worship Attendance (AWA) to ensure fairness and scalability.

A Ministry-Minded Approach to Consulting Fees

We believe every congregation deserves access to professional consulting support regardless of size or financial resources. Our fees are transparent and scaled to the context of each congregation and the scope of work involved.

Judicatories and regional bodies interested in seminars, workshops, or bundled services for multiple congregations are encouraged to reach out directly to discuss pricing and programming. Fees for judicatory engagements are shaped by: attendance context across participating congregations or groups, scope of the engagement, and projected timeline.

The Congregational Equity Fund

We know that some of the congregations who need this work most are the ones with the least capacity to pay for it. Pinnacle Services is committed to building a Congregational Equity Fund to ensure that limited financial resources do not prevent a congregation from accessing critical consulting support. A percentage of every fee collected goes toward this effort.
